How quickly will my agent activate after payment?
Usually within 30 seconds. Once Crypto API confirms the payment, your dashboard updates instantly and the agent begins its first run immediately. If there’s any delay beyond 5 minutes then AI agent support contact via form.
Can I connect the same agent to multiple accounts?
Each agent licence covers one platform account. If you need to run the same agent across two separate accounts, you’d need two licences. The monthly plan makes this affordable at $19 each.
What happens to my data when I disconnect an agent?
Revoking access from the platform removes all aipick permissions immediately. We store no messages or account content — only the OAuth token, which is deleted on disconnect.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If an agent doesn’t work as described within the first 7 days, then AI agent support contact will refund you in full — no questions asked.
Is there an API I can use to build on top of aipick?
API access is available on the Business bundle ($45/year). It lets you trigger agent actions, read logs and build custom integrations.
Can I request a custom agent for a platform you don’t cover?
Yes — use the form of AI agent support contact email or select “Partnership” in the contact form above. If the platform has a public API and there’s demand, we can usually build and publish an agent within 4–6 weeks.
